- Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee. You don't need to give a reason.
- Reply to the email with your e-books within 30 days of buying.
- You get the full amount back on the card or account you paid with.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Cook from the e-books for 30 days. If you're not happy with them for any reason, you can get a full refund within 30 days of the date you bought them. You don't need to give a reason.
The guarantee covers all three options: Clean Up Your Gut, Both E-Books and The Complete Set.
How to ask for a refund
- Within 30 days of your purchase, reply to the email that delivered your e-books and say you'd like a refund.
- We send the refund and confirm it by email.
When the money arrives
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, for the full amount you paid, including any tax. Your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
If your bank converted the payment from another currency, its exchange rate on the day of the refund can make the amount look slightly different.
Problems with the payment itself
Our checkout is run by Stripe. Your order is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the merchant of record for us. The charge appears on your statement starting with LINK.COM*.
For a payment problem, such as being charged twice, a charge you don't recognise or e-books that never arrived, contact Link support within 60 days of the purchase. Link reviews those requests under its own rules. If you have your e-book email, you can also reply to it and we'll help.
After 30 days
After the 30 days, purchases are final. That doesn't affect your legal rights: if a file is damaged, incomplete or not what we described, reply to your e-book email at any time and we'll send you a working copy, or refund you where the law says we must.
If you live in the EU or the UK
The law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Our 30-day guarantee already covers those 14 days and goes further, so you can simply use the guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Discount codes
If you used a discount code, we refund the amount you actually paid. Orders that were free because of a 100% code have nothing to refund.
