Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
The short version
- You're buying PDF e-books to read and cook from yourself.
- Stripe handles the payment. Your order is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service.
- The recipes are general information, not medical advice.
- Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. Who we are
This website and the e-books are run by Peter Salmann. To reach us, reply to the email that delivered your e-books.
In these terms, "we" and "us" means Peter Salmann, and "you" means the person buying or using the e-books. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
2. What you're buying
We sell three digital options:
- Clean Up Your Gut: the Clean Up Your Gut e-book.
- Both E-Books: Clean Up Your Gut and Get Rid of the Bloat.
- The Complete Set: Clean Up Your Gut, Get Rid of the Bloat and Get Regular Again.
Each e-book is a PDF file. Nothing physical is shipped. You need to be at least 18 to buy, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Prices, tax and payment
Prices on our website are in US dollars and already include any VAT or sales tax, so there's nothing added at checkout. Checkout may show the price in your local currency. The total shown at checkout, before you pay, is what you'll be charged.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as the merchant of record for us: it takes the payment, handles the tax and sends your receipt and invoice. Link's payment terms, shown at checkout, apply to the payment. The charge appears on your statement starting with LINK.COM*. We never see or store your full card details.
Discount codes can only be used at checkout, have no cash value and may expire.
4. Delivery
Right after payment, the confirmation page shows a download link for each e-book in your order. We also email the PDFs to the address you used at checkout, both as attachments and as download links.
If you can't find the email, check your spam folder. The download links are also on the confirmation page right after payment. If the email never arrived, contact Link support, which handles order problems for us.
5. Using the e-books
The e-books are yours to keep. When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print them for your own use, on as many of your own devices as you like.
You may not:
- share, sell or give away the files or the download links;
- post the e-books or their pages online, including in groups or chats;
- copy the recipes, text or images into other books, courses, websites or products;
- use the e-books for any commercial purpose.
All text, recipes, images and designs in the e-books and on this website belong to Peter Salmann or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright.
We keep the download links working for as long as we run the shop. Save your own copy, and if you lose it, reply to your e-book email and we'll send it again. If you get a refund, your licence ends and we ask you to delete your copies.
6. Health information
The e-books share everyday recipes and eating habits. They are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace a doctor or registered dietitian.
Talk to a qualified health professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a diagnosed condition, a food allergy or an intolerance. Check every ingredient against your own allergies. If you have severe, lasting or worrying symptoms, see a doctor.
Results vary from person to person, and we can't promise any particular result.
7. Refunds
Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our Refund Policy explains how it works.
8. Our responsibility to you
We supply the e-books with reasonable care and as described. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, tell us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
10. Law and disputes
If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, please reply to your e-book email first. Most problems can be fixed quickly.
